The Robustel R2011e is an industrial-grade IoT router designed for reliable site connectivity with flexible eSIM eUICC support. It combines an embedded eSIM for remote operator provisioning with a physical SIM slot, providing dual SIM redundancy and removing the need for secondary plastic SIM handling in the field. Profiles can be downloaded, switched and managed over the air, allowing coverage, roaming and tariff optimisation without site visits.

With five 10/100 Ethernet ports (4 LAN plus 1 WAN or 5 LAN), the R2011e enables on-site segmentation and device aggregation without an external switch. Link Manager handles automated failover between 4G, Ethernet or Wi-Fi uplinks to maintain uptime for critical systems and remote assets.

Security features include IPsec, OpenVPN, GRE and WireGuard, with Web, CLI and SMS management available for local control. RCMS allows remote fleet monitoring, configuration, firmware rollouts and SIM profile management for large scale IoT deployments across energy, utilities, buildings, retail, transport and industrial automation.
