Overview
The Robustel LG5100 Industrial Edge Computing LoRaWAN Gateway utilizes the RobustOS Pro IoT gateway operating system. Developed by Robustel based on Debian 11 (bullseye), this system is designed for convenience in edge computing application development.
RobustOS Pro supports various programming languages, including C, C++, Python, Java, and Node.js. Users can easily develop applications tailored to their specific needs.
Additionally, the latest apps can be downloaded from RCMS, ensuring comprehensive support for fragmented IoT applications.
LG5100 supports Docker for easy deployment of applications and benefits from ‘RobustOS Pro’ – enhanced cybersecurity, advanced GUI and a myriad of software features including VPNs, Smart Roaming, SMS remote control and more.
RCMS is Robustel’s free router monitoring service, fully compatible with the LG5100. This service enables customers to quickly and easily view a location overview of their routers on a map. Users can access detailed features such as data usage, signal strength, and current network information on a per-router basis. Additionally, RCMS supports over-the-air updates for firmware, router configuration, and apps, providing essential “insurance” during deployment to ensure everything functions correctly.
